Brickhouse Kitchen & Bar

Behind the brick walls of our 1800s warehouse you will find a big city feel right here in historic Charlottetown.
One of the first things you’ll see when you walk through the door is our Chef’s Table. Watch our culinary team create your meal and get a first hand introduction to all the local ingredients we incorporate into every dish.
Climb the stairs to the second floor where you can see and be seen in this trendy space. Let our bartender cater to you as you enjoy your meal.
An intimate atmosphere awaits you on the third floor. You will feel yourself instantly relax when you enter Marc’s Lounge. Enjoy our beautiful loft space with friends, and local entertainment.

    Chef Seth Shaw’s interest in cooking started at a young age, baking cookies for his local church. Whenever asked, he insisted he wanted to be a chef when he grew up. In order to make his dreams a reality, Seth decided to come to PEI and attend the Culinary Institute of Canada. Having made some connections to Murphy Hospitality Group while in school, Seth returned to PEI after an internship in Florida. While furthering his cooking experience, he has worked in many kitchens across the company. He is happy to now bring his expertise to the Chef’s Table at the Brickhouse.
