Join Chef Charlotte Langley in a guided culinary tour that showcases the variety and versatility of Canada’s Food Island. Starting the tour off with a Raspberry Point Oyster Bar, paired with Sparkling Wines from the Atlantic region and a whisper of Bowmore to splash on your oysters to showcase the minerality and salinity of the Sea.
