Island chef Jamie Power has 15 years experience that covers almost everything in the culinary arts spectrum, from family dining, pizza, pub food, hotel work, fine dining, catering and dietary chef to intimate home catering and restaurant consulting. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of Canada, Jamie completed his professional internship and received his Red Seal in 2012.

He is passionate about fresh, local food, as well as hunting and fishing, so he is a true outdoor enthusiast in every sense of the word.
