Lobster Party on the Beach at Cedar Dunes with Chef Corbin

Date: Sep 3, 2011

Details:

Come for All Things Lobster! We did it for LIVE with Regis & Kelly! and Will and Kate. Now Chef Corbin alongside local chefs and the PEI Fisherman’s Association will host a Lobster Party for you. Enjoy Lobster done five ways, oysters mussels and all the fixings on the beach at Cedar Dunes. Test your lobster skills in PEI’s first Lobster Relay. Meet lobster fisherman and learn first hand how to band claws, crack and shuck lobster meat. The highlight promises to be the lobster beach bake with Chef Corbin and Chef Andrew Nicholson from the Culinary Institute of Canada. Coincidentally, Chef Andrew also did this same lobster bake for the Royal Couple. Dunes, a quaint fishing wharf and the beach are the backdrop to this spectacular culinary event. Fun by the fire, storytelling, Island seafood and entertainment. Entertainment by Roy Johnstone & Steve Sharett and JJ & Koady Chaisson.
