An evening with Chef Curtis Stone and the Culinary Institute of Canada. Stone is the host of this unique shellfish extravaganza and will create and demo a signature dish. Island growers and producers paired with local chefs will offer insight into to the industry and tips for preparation. The grand finale to this culinary event is an Island Kitchen Party featuring song, fiddles and dancing.

Hot Hors d'oeuvres Reception and oyster bars
1st Course - Signature Dish created by Chef Curtis Stone
2nd Course – Pan Seared Halibut Tempura Clam, Fennel Slaw with Citrus Vinaigrette
3rd Course – PEI Lobster & Atlantic Beef Filet with Clancey's “Island Red Amber” steamed Confederation Cove Mussels and New PEI Potatoes
Dessert - Warm PEI Blueberry Brown Butter Cakes and Rum Caramel.
