Le Festin Acadien avec homard with Chef Corbin
Enjoy the unique taste sensations of this traditional Acadian Feast with platters filled with authentic Acadian dishes including rapûre, fricot and lobster. Hosted by Chef Corbin of Food Network’s Restaurant Makeover, with entertainment by Helen Bergeron and Louise Arsenault, members of former Barachois group.

Time: Doors open at 4:00pm. Event begins 4:30pm - 7:30pm
Menu: Rapure, Meatpie, Chicken Fricot, Lobster, Potato Salad and Bread Pudding. Vegetarian option available upon request.
Râpure - A traditional oven-baked Acadian dish made with our local grown shredded potatoes, pieces of pork and seasonings. Traditionally served with molasses.
Meatpie - Our Acadian specialty consisting of a delicious blend of chicken, pork and seasonings cooked in a leavened dough crust.
Chicken Fricot - A delicious down-home popular dish made of diced potatoes, chicken pieces, onions and seasonings
