Meet Food Network's Mark McEwan, local beef ambassador and PEI Chef of the Year, Chef Ross Munro and local farmers to discover the versatility of the various cuts of beef. Graze and meander amongst beef tasting stations inspired by Chefs McEwan and Munro. Enjoy intimate conversations with our guest chefs ready to share their passion for Atlantic Signature Beef and fresh local products. Conclude the evening with cookbook signings and live Blues entertainment with Bad Habits.
Free round trip transportation available from Charlottetown (pick-up at Founders Hall at 6:00pm)
