Event Terms & Conditions

  1. Online Ticket Sales
    When purchasing tickets on-line, please print a copy of your bar coded ticket confirmation to be presented on-site. Remember to print your ticket for easy access. Should you arrive without your printed ticket, please present your photo id at information/entrance to the event.
  2. Online Ticket Fees
    Please note there is a $2.00 transaction fee to all orders. In addition tickets $20 and less will have a $1.25 per event service fee and tickets over $20.00 will have a $2.00 per event service fee. Service fees on tickets are only charged once per event per order.
  3. No Refund Policy
    The festival will not refund, provide an exchange or replace any tickets where: the ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event; the ticket is stolen or lost; weather causes cancellation of an event; the ticket has been duplicated; the ticket holder has been refused entry or evicted from the premises in any of the circumstances outlined in the conditions below; and the event does not meet his or her expectations.
  4. The Program
    The Festival resumes the right to vary the advertised artists and/or program. The Festival will take place regardless of the weather. In the case of rain ample covered venues are available, but it is advisable to bring warm and waterproof clothing.
  5. Alcohol
    Some of the events are licensed. Bringing your own alcohol will not be permitted. Any person found involved in underage drinking will be asked to leave.
  6. Rain or Shine
    All Events take place rain or shine.  Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
