On-stage, on-screen and behind the scenes join Chef Michael Smith, the chefs and students of the Culinary Institute of Canada and a colourful cast of savoury characters for the Shellfish Festivals premier event. Bring your A-game and expect lots of interactive flavours and fun as Food Networks favourite chef rolls out an evening of hijinks and hilarity at the beach! This interactive night opens with a showcase of Island oyster growers- where your vote helps decide the People's Choice



Three Jars on the Beach
tender bar clams followed closely by

Old-fashioned Mussel Chowder 
and some new-fangled chowder too, all served with a bag of hot biscuits. Which chowder will reign supreme?

Land & Sea 
A Pile of Lobsters and a Slow Roast Striploin of Prince Edward Island Beef served family style and carved table-side with Lobster Bernaise Sauce, Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes and lots of garden fresh local vegetables

Summer Berry Shortcake 
all of this years berries with Chef Michael’s famous sugar crusted nutmeg shortcake, ‘Cowberry’ ice cream and mint syrup
