Hosted by: Chef Chuck Hughes

Oysters on the Pier is a new Fall Flavours event that will showcase the PEI oyster while overlooking one of the many beautiful bays that produce our world famous oysters. The evening will start with an oyster reception and meet and greet with Food Network Chef Chuck Hughes on the Northport Pier. The reception will feature a sampling of oysters straight from our bays, a shucking station where you can learn the art of shucking a fresh Malpeque and a bar with local drink.

The event will then move into the Northport Pier Restaurant for a 4-course meal featuring the various ways that you can prepare and serve oysters. Join Chef Hughes as he discusses some of his favourite oyster recipes, and interacts with the crowd. Come Shuck with Chuck and see why we are nicknamed The Canadian Oyster Coast!
