Presented by the chefs and students of The Culinary Institute of Canada, the Feast of the Fathers features a sensational 4-course meal which guests will enjoy in the recreated Victorian ambiance of 1864. Ballroom dancers will take you back to the final night of the Charlottetown Conference when the Confederation Chamber in Province House was transformed into a grand ballroom, and as a tribute to the Slaymaker & Nichols Circus which was in town during the Conference in 1864, circus performers will wow guests with amazing feats. Entertainment will also feature the Barra MacNeils and the PEI Symphony. A night sure to define the 150th celebration of the 1864 Charlottetown Conference of the founding fathers.

Guests are welcome to dress in period cosutume, but not mandatory or required.

Sirloin “Pot Roast”, Potato Puree, Baby Vegetables, Natural Jus


Dessert
Apple Spice Cake, Caramel Whiskey Sauce, “Cows” Maple Walnut Ice Cream
