Sit back, relax and enjoy the luxury of being chauffeured around the North Shore by motor coach to a unique culinary location. Start your evening at Gallery 18 and enjoy appetizers, drinks, entertainment and local culture. Discover delicious Canadian Cheese by Dairy Farmers of Canada. Get up close and personal with Chefs Anna & Michael Olson at our opening reception then enjoy a five course meal at the restaurant of your choice. Taste the many flavours of Prince Edward Island, meet local chefs and experience our local food culture. Transportation will be simply provided from Charlottetown and Cavendish.


Course 1
Harvest Salad - Chef's creation using fresh local greens and vegetables.

Course 2
Pork & Cranberry Terrine with Pumpkin Marmalade

Course 3
Olive oil-poached Atlantic halibut / braised fennel and melted leek fondue / prosciutto leather / small late summer vegetables / orange-scented saffron broth / green olive tapenade

Course 4
PEI Lamb Chops
Roasted with PEI honey and garnished with PEI rhubarb chutney. Accompanied by roasted new PEI potatoes with dill and served with Soleil's heirloom cherry tomatoes with PEI feta cheese.

Course 5
Do It Yourself Butter Tarts
Dress your tart with a selection of items such as maple toasted walnuts, salt buttered pecans, whiskey soaked raisins, plus chocolate & caramel sauce) is presented so that guests can dress their own


Time: Opening reception at Gallery 18 to begins at 6:00pm.
Charlottetown VIC pick up 5:00pm, additional charge of $12.00 for transportation Cavendish VIC pick up at 5:30pm
