Savour the twelve Atlantic Signature Beef culinary creations prepared by our Food Network's Chef Mark McEwan, local Island chefs and our special host Christian Pritchard.  Christian and Mark have cooked up a great evening of entertainment with the first ever Steak Eating Contest, Potato Peel Challenge and Bull Shot Championships! Each dish features magnificent Fall colours and flavours, and is served up with groovy blues music and Island drinks. An evening that promises to be a “CUT” above the rest!
