Your PEI bar clamming adventure begins when you leave the historic fishing village of Souris. The tour gives you an educational and hands-on experience on how lobster, crab and mussels make it from the beautiful blue waters to the kitchen table.  Put on the wetsuits, masks and snorkels and take a short boat ride into the Fortune beach flats. Get into the water and hunt for these huge clams (4-8 inches long) that bury themselves under the sand. Once the feast has been caught, head back to the boat for an authentic PEI cookout.  Finish up the day with some deep sea fishing.
