In fond memory of PEI’s favourite author, Lucy Maud Montgomery, Chef Norm has created a menu typical of what would have graced LMM’s 20th century table – appetizers, main course, dessert, ginger drink... followed by a guided tour of the fully restored mid-wife’s house!
