Join Chef Bret Eldstrom and culinary team for a night of wining and dining with appetizers, entrées and desserts classically prepared to delight everyone’s taste buds!

Chef Bret will educate guests in cooking and preparing fresh Island products. This six course meal integrates the traditional Olde Mill flair with the freshest ingredients from local producers, ignited with an explosion of fall flavors!

First Course
Potato and caramelized onion soup with garlic croutons

Second Course
Citrus seared scallop with a cucumber-fennel salad, mint and radishes

Third Course
Beef carpaccio, cured egg yolk, soliel greens, balsamic, olive oil

Fourth Course
Lemon rosemary sorbet with balsamic

Fifth Course
Pan seared chicken breast, mushroom duxelle butter, savory bacon bread pudding and a port reduction

Sixth Course
Raspberry and white chocolate mousse mille feuille
