Come join us for an evening of culinary delight. We'll do the driving as you are chauffeured around the Green Gables shore region. Experience four main courses paired with wine and end your night with dessert. Wine is included with each course and included in the price. Start your evening at the Farmers Bank of Rustico over-looking the beautiful Rustico Bay, while you enjoy a traditional outdoor bake oven experience. Enjoy the regions finest restaurants. Bus will be leaving Founders Hall at 4:30pm and Cavendish Visitor Information Centre at 4:45pm.
Farmer’s Bank of Rustico:
Oyster Apple Soup, with fresh flatbread from the wood-fired oven.
The Pearl an Eclectic Eatery:
Island Lamb Duo:
Slice of Lamb Rack and Lamb Sausage with chanterelle jus & preserved crabapple.
Chardonnay Sabayon over Angel Food Cake with Bayberry Ice Cream.
The Olde Glasgow Mill:
Scallop and Lobster Ragout.
Digby Scallop with PEI Lobster on leek and fennel compote.
Vanilla Pot de Crème, Chocolate Cream Puff and Homemade Maple Pecan Ice-Cream.
The Dunes Café:
Lobster Summer Rolls:
PEI lobster rolled in rice paper with bean sprouts, carrots, lettuce, red onions, cilantro and mint. Served with a spicy chili peanut dipping sauce.
Pear Riesling Fool:
Fall harvest pears poached in Riesling and layered with lemon-scented whipped cream.
All courses are paired with wine and included in the overall price. Guests may end at either The Pearl or The Olde Glasgow Mill and enjoy two courses, including desert. Total evening includes 5 courses. Schedule will be determined based on tickets sold.
