Let the Delta Chef's Cook for You... our motto is “our kitchen is your kitchen”, more so now then ever. Attend a Chef's table in our very own working kitchen, partake in the cooking or just sit back and enjoy the aromas and cooking styling's prepared in front of you. Seating is limited to 8 guests.

Menu:

1st Course – Ginger Infused Tomato Water Martini

2nd Course – Clover Honey Lacquered Braised Pork Belly, pickled beet, wilted bitter greens with candied garlic and shallot. 

3rd Course – Soleil's Farm Mixed Lettuce, Magdalen Island Scallop, blanched baby tomatoes, feta cheese crumble tossed in lemon oil, dehydrated kalamata olive dust.

4th Course – Roast Lamb Loin, cumin infused jus, mixed mushrooms, Island nugget potatoes, carrots and eggplant 

5th Course – Double chocolate soufflé sensation, lemongrass Ice Cream, and Chilli pepper spun sugar
