A dining experience like no other! This is the Festival’s finest event, where you can rub shoulders, break bread and crack shells with our celebrity chefs. On-stage and on-screen Food Network’s very own Chefs Michael Smith and Mark McEwan will each prepare show stopping dishes for you to enjoy. Cameras take you behind the scenes and allow you to watch as the Culinary Institute of Canada prep and plate your PEI shellfish feast. Expect plenty of opportunities to chat with the celebs (perhaps a few photo ops!). This interactive night opens with a showcase of Island oyster growers – where your vote helps decide the People’s Choice. Then dance off the oysters and mussels at our traditional Island Kitchen Party! This is the not-to-be-missed event of the Fall Flavours Festival. A casual evening featuring Oyster Grower of the Year Reception and 4 course sit down shellfish dinner.
